Vacant Property Inspections

Vpis inspections can be carried out weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, depending on the client’s requirements.

Each inspection includes a full property check, with GPS-tagged locations and photo evidence of both internal and external areas. Readings for gas, water, and electricity are recorded, and the overall condition of the property is assessed, noting issues such as water leaks, broken windows, graffiti, bill postings, fly-tipping, or sealed letterboxes.

Vacant Property Checks

Vacant properties can be inspected on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis. Checks cover both internal and external areas, with immediate field reports sent to the office and client.

Full reports include details of fly-tipping, graffiti, any attempted illegal entry, utility readings, and a complete assessment of the property’s condition.

Vacant Property Cleaning

Properties can be cleaned internally, with rubbish safely removed and taken to the local tip by a licensed operator. Graffiti removal is also available upon special request.

Boarding-Up Properties

We provide comprehensive property protection services, including boarding up with timber or steel and the installation of anti-tamper steel doors. These can be rented or purchased, depending on the duration of the project. We also offer 24 hour emergency boarding when required.

Warning boards can be placed around the property for added security. Utilities such as water, gas, and electricity can be safely drained or turned off, with readings recorded and sent via fast-field reporting. Locksmith services are available for lock changes, and grounds and buildings can be cleared of rubbish and disposed of by a licensed operator.
